Privacy Policy

Account information: when you sign in, we store your email address and basic authentication details through our authentication provider (Supabase).

Resume content: the resumes you upload and the structured profile we extract from them, so you can reuse and edit them.

Job descriptions: the text you paste in to tailor a resume.

Usage data: counts of tailored resumes generated, and basic technical information used to enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse.

Payment information: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

To provide the core service: extracting your resume, tailoring it to job descriptions, and generating downloadable files.

To operate your account, enforce free-tier limits, and process payments.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability of the product.

To extract and tailor your resume, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic’s Claude) for processing. This is required to deliver the service.

We do not use your resume content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content to anyone.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

We restrict access to your data and apply row-level security so that you can only access your own resumes and profiles.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (authentication and storage), and Stripe (payments).

We never share your resume with employers. Any application you make with an exported file is entirely your own action.

You can view and edit your extracted profile at any time from the dashboard.

You can delete individual resume profiles, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We retain your resumes and profiles for as long as your account is active so the service remains useful. When you delete a profile or your account, the associated data is removed from our active systems.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences (such as whether the sidebar is collapsed). We do not use advertising trackers.

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
